This is all great info and I thank everyone for their input. From what I can tell, I need to upgrade to LRE at minimum which if staying at 225/75/15 only barely covers the weight A better option would be 235/80/16 LRE or LT. How can I find out if there's enough room for these larger tires short of towing the thing to a tire dealer? What do I need to know? I read the post by JBarca re the conversion but not sure how to tel if that will be needed (in advance)
