We believe you. Borrow or rent a 2500HD and come back with a review. I love half ton pickups but I like 2500's much more for towing four tons.
Im more comparing to how it towed my coachman, I hauled it with a 1 ton ford diesel dually when I left the campground, and it was a joke towing this camper, i wish I could afford to buy one. But for now im pretty happy with my old 1500.
