I also will pop in with an 01, same engine slightly different fueling system. Coming up on 265,000 miles still pulling an 11,000# fiver with a small DS Power Puck (timing) chip. I will state that I prefer a stick, so I have a 5 speed. There are several company's that will rebuild the trans, to be much stronger than stock.
