'07 Dodge 6.7L harsh shifts using tow haul or exhaust brake?

Just had my 48RE rebuilt and had the shop add a shift kit to firm up the shifts in mine. Still looking for the year of your truck, if it's still under warranty take it back to the dealer and ask them to contact the factory help desk if they can't fix it.

None of the car companies want their customers upset and by asking them to make the call they might just try a little harder to fix it for you.
