I don't think that we have any 100% gas in my area and if we did it would depend on what the price was if I would use it or not. I hate using 10% in my chainsaws but I don't think I have a choice. I do put premium in them though.
If anybody has any doubts as to ethanol giving less mileage then try some E85 and you'll find out what it does. I used it one time and won't ever again unless I have no choice.
