How many people camping in a 11 or 12 year old camper. Do you think I'm crazy look to purchase one. ?

We own a 2007 Northern Lite 10-2000 RR. When we bought it, it needed some TCL, mostly just cleaning. It is like new. No leaks, in excellent condition.
