- catmancandoExplorerleaving on the 20th guess I,ll find out then at least it won,t be cold in s fla.thanks again folks
- WayneAt63044Explorer IIMy fuse panel looks to be identical to yours and every one of my fuses was loose in the holder. If your fuses wiggle loosely, remove the fuse and slightly crimp the socket to firmly grasp the fuse. You can find the culprit by looking at the fuse pins. The loose intermittent one(s) will have a small round black spot on the fuse blade showing where it arced. What you want to see is a longer scrape mark on the fuse blades from being pushed into place. Every one of mine needed tightening, even those still making contact. Your problem will likely return unless you have tightened the fuse sockets.
- SAR_TrackerExplorerpossibly a little corrosion on a fuse blade that got scrapped off.

Forum works best if all your posts on a subject are in one thread. It appears you have now started five threads about this problem.
Glad the lights are working for you though. - Chuck_thehammerExplorerI have never seen anything made by man to fix itself.. it will return when its not so easy to fix.
- RoyBExplorer III had a similar intermittent operation with my WFCO 8900 12VDC Distribution panel that looks similar to this photo..

Everything checked good - all fuses were good etc...
Then I removed the cover and checked the wiring and found one connection was worked loose under the screw...
You might want to check that all your screws on the green 12VDC Distribution panel shown here are tight.
Like said above it - It will show its ugly head again when you least expect it.
Roy Ken - Wait until it gets dark! Then they won't work!
Or you loose 12 volts to furnace when it is 20 degrees.
