The Visions are lug-centric and use tapered nuts instead of the OEM flat. We had no issues with 7000-8000 lbs on my 2005 F250 rear axle while using the Vision rims and properly rated tires.
This is the email I got and yes they do use tapered lugs.

Let us know when you actually try one . From what I've read all the Vision wheels use the same hub bore whether for GM , Dodge or Ford , which all have different hub sizes . It could be that they are sized for Fords which have the largest hub .
I pulled one off and measured both the stock wheel the Vision's and the hub and found that there is less than .011" difference and they fit fairly tight against the hub,of coarse over time with rust and/or corrosion they may become difficult to get off like the stock ones can get. They do have different bore hole dia. for Dodge and GM but I don't know the hub sizes of these. Just because the lugs are conical does not make them lug centric only so you can't always go by that you have to measure them. Anyway this is what I have com up with on my research.
