Thanks for info. visions rated at 4500 lbs. Tires state 4805 load capacity at 110 psi. .
I just noticed they are LRH tires, don't see as many of those in 245. - billyray50Explorer

Those look great!!
They may only have ~500lbs more capacity than your Nitto's, but I bet they feel 2x's at stout!
I think my truck rides better empty with the 19.5's too, but I do "feel" uneven road surfaces more.
You won't be sorry.
I have had my truck up to 12.2K with the 19.5's, about 20K GCW and they are VERY stable. I have also done a few miles at 11K with 2 quads above the bed rails, and 1/3 of a chord below them.. again VERY VERY stable.
There are no OEM sway-bar's on 3rd gens, only difference on a 2500 vs 3500 SRW is the upper overloads, which don't even come into play on my truck until above 6K on the rear axle which is why I installed airbags.
Thanks for info. visions rated at 4500 lbs. Tires state 4805 load capacity at 110 psi. I am running 100 psi in rear and 80 psi in front when camper is loaded. Only 100 lbs. added to front axle when loaded at CAT scale. Rest of weight was riding on rear axle. I was under tire and axle ratings but very close to max or over on original 17 forged aluminum wheels that came with truck new. - BigfootchevyExplorerNice rims.

My truck is a 2007 Chevy 2500HD with only 9200 GVWR and 6084 rear because of the OEM Range E's on 17" wheels. My camper is 4500 lbs. wet, so I definitely needed to upgrade to 19.5's to get up to 8000 lbs on the rear. I have Rancho 9000's, airbags and Torklift Stableloads, but no extra helper springs.
The new Chevy 3500HD SRW has 11,600 GVWR, but still only 7050 rear because of the Range E 18" wheels. The overleaf suspension would be a nice addition to my rig:
Yeah your TCs wet weight is heavier than mine. Definitely need 19.5s for sure. I wish my truck had that top overload. Is that factory bump stop and perches or did you have that aftermarket? Added a extra main leaf spring to each rear pack. sticker gvwr is 9000 but increased it to 9400 gvwr and made a big difference. Bilsteins shocks ,ride rite 5000 air bags, and 1 ton Helwig sway bar. - JPedroExplorerMy truck is a 2007 Chevy 2500HD with only 9200 GVWR and 6084 rear because of the OEM Range E's on 17" wheels. I just got mine last week. Next upgrade will be over leaf spring helpers of some type. I'd like to use the same system as on the new 2015 Chevy 3500HD'sClick For Full-Size Photo.
Looks great.. Nice truck!! Still cant get over how good these wheels look and handle!! What does the your sticker say your payload.. Just curious on these new srws. - billyray50ExplorerYeah most are technically overweight.. Some members jokingly claim they just remove the sticker!! I know members who have carry an arctic fox 990s with same truck as mine with only airbags for years!!This big lance model i bought for only 3300 bucks will get me thru till after january. Hen DW and I are going newer again..going to look at adventurer, arctic fox, host and lance. Has to be 4 season for me.

Why on a 2500, you can't carry that big a camper anyway
Technically you are right, and I would bet that the vast majority of truck/campers are over their trucks sticker rating. Now he has the load capacity and safety equivalent of a dually though....IMO.
