1970's Fridge "help guide"
Ah, the 70's Can you imagine the flack a company would get if they printed a trouble shooting guide like this today?

Love that manual. The illustrations and comic remarks about shooting the fridge and calling the psychiatrist would not be understood by those who had not had to troubleshoot something like this. As someone who tries to save money and fix old stuff I know exactly where it is coming from and it is refreshing to have it illustrated. I was about at the point the illustrations show with the Suzuki Samurai the other week.
When you thought it would be an easy fix, and ended up making it worse!
When you took it apart and don't know how to get it back together again!
When you shear off that rusted bolt!
