I know absolutely nothing about Mitchells... But, that one appears to be in nice shape for the age.
You might want to put some boards down in the bed next time you load it, to give a little more clearance over the cab. That's pretty tight. If you aren't super-careful with the jacks, you can touch at the front and dent the roof of your cab... Don't ask me how I know about the possibility of such things...
