It look like pickuptrucks.com isn't doing sales numbers anymore so here is what I have found for the American brands: 2019 2018 %Change #1 F-series 214...

Having worked Ford/Dodge and GM truck in my hauling business I'm not brand loyal.
I've noticed more Ram/Ford HD with dot numbers on the door than both GM trucks together.
IMO its because of local GM dealers don't want to come much off sticker other than factory discounts....and not because a Ford or Ram makes a better truck.
Now 1/2 ton GM truck sales are big especially around metro areas around here with the yuppie crowd.
Rural areas its still redneck country boyz with a Dodge/Ram or a Ford......with blown out burned out load glass packs.
