I agree with prichardson. Since there is one outlet downstream that is working, the problem isn't with the GFCI outlet, itself. More than likely, one of the two outlets he named will show the problem. It is probably a broken or loose wire that has lost connection, or an outlet, itself, that has broken and lost connection and then can't pass the current on further.
