Picked this up for a great price about 6 months ago. Have had it out twice and really are enjoying it. Haven't seen any others out here in Ca.

When I bought this trailer it had been sitting for almost ten years, so the roof caulking was shot and there was some water damage. had to re-do the lap seals and am periodically checking and re-sealing. The previous owner apparently was not informed of the importance of the lap seals or he just neglected to tell me. Non the less, got it for such a good price, it didn't matter.
