Would agree with your statement. Keep in mind a lot of people (like me) never drive their tow vehicle of a winter time. With the low miles I suspect this is the case. You can crawl underneath to look for rust. Power wise it won't hold a candle to a modern Diesels. I wonder how many of the high tech modern Diesels will be around in 20 years and at what cost to maintain them?
