My wife is actually bringing it to a local diesel mechanic to give it a thorough inspection right now, I just passed on the word for a compression check if they don't already do it.
Like I said previously I'm hoping for 3-5 years at this price point. Some routine maintenance and unexpected failure fund money has always been put aside with any vehicle I purchase.
If she comes back to me with an all clear, I'll most likely be driving away with it today. . I can't stress enough how much I appreciate all of your help as always.
