As mentioned above, check the floor for spongy spots or discoloration of the linoleum floor. The exterior walls for signs of d-lamination, especially by the bunk end doors where they hinge out. Check the caulking on the roof, at that age some sort of maintenance should have been done by now. My 2 cents, any sign of water damage I would walk away.
