I'd try to negotiate it down. You're in Ohio and it isn't exactly prime camping season! There are probably not a lot of buyers right now. If it checks out, offer them about 30% less and see what happens.
As far as the warranty, I don't think I'd pay $900 for it. The two most expensive appliances likely covered by it would be the fridge and a/c. Each of those can be replaced for $900. There's probably a deductible and my experience is that if you are having something done uunder a service plan like that you'll wind up at a low priority when it's time to do the work. The customer with cash in hand will take precedence.
