The '06 LLY transmission operates just like the LBZ, and will have the 6 spd w/ the selectable transmission button on the stalk. Mechanically, the '06 LLY is identical to the '06 LBZ, just a slightly weaker engine tune.
Great truck. My '06 LBZ is probably the best vehicle I've ever owned.
