2007 Dodge 6.7L exhaust brake squeal?

From what I have read, all the variable geometry turbos are subject to sticking if not exercised. This appeared to be more of an issue with frequently unloaded mall crawlers than people that regularly towed. My Powerstroke never had this issue and I don't expect my Cummins to have problems either since most of places I drive have good percentage grades and most of the time the truck is loaded.

The advise the others have given is sound and should be an inexpensive fix unless the manifold is damaged.
