Years back in 2002 I had a Chevy dmax and I added a front bug deflector and started to get noise from mine around 60MPH. I tried different things and finally came up with it was the moulding around the front window shield. I tried using some duct tape along it and the noise went away. I took it to a glass shop and they added some of the windshield sealant under that trim and the noise was gone.
Now I know it is a different truck and all but maybe Ford used some type of sealant and it has dried out allow for the trim to start flex. Just a suggestion.
