2011 F350 make funny noise in dash above 60mph

My low mileage 2011 F350 started to make a loud, whiny noise that sounds like it is coming from the dash. It starts intermittently at 60 and is constant at 70. Sounds like an air horn, just not anywhe...

Sounds almost like the fuel pump but not quite as loud. It will humm IndefinTely until the key is removed but only sometimes.
Too much electric chit on these new trucks! Lol


My 2011 F350 did the same thing also my wife's 2011 Toyota Highlander would do the same thing also. Never did figure it out.
