- pappcamExplorerMy 2012 Flagstaff 27BESS suffers from the soft floor issue. I realize it's basically compressed and not rotted so it's not as pressing of an issue. It's more of an annoyance.
Overall and otherwise, I really like our trailer and it's done us very well since we bought it over 6 years ago. I've had to repair a blind and a valance. I've also replaced the high limit switch along with 2 valves on the winterizing bypass on the water heater. I've also replaced the CO/Propane detector but they are supposed to be replaced every 5 years. I'm still on the factory tires and have done the bearings a couple of times.
We've put lots of trouble free miles on it and made lots of memories. - ViewOfAKindArt_ExplorerQuality is pretty good as far as material used, cabinetry etc. and are put together usually better than say a gray wolf of today, Ralph's got a good call with the floor, good luck, and welcome to RV.Net

I'm looking at my first ever travel trailer - 2011 Flagstaff Super Lite 26RLSS. Can anyone weigh-in on the quality of this brand, concerns, issues or accolades??
Thank you!!! Pam B.
Beware of soft spots in the laminated floor. Areas of suspect are directly in front of the entry door, in front of sinks, the bathroom in front of the toilet, and any other high traffic areas. If the previous owners were people of great bulk its almost a given to some degree. - LwiddisExplorer IIThirty plus feet of TT. Have you ever pulled a TT? Do you have an adequate TV?
Limited fresh water tank. Planning on dry camping/boondocking?
