I have had no problems with my 2011 DRW. My empty mileage ranges from 16-18MPG.
The add says it has a 3:73 rear diff. That is only available on the DRW diesel.
That truck in the add has either a 3:55 or 3:31.

Only issue that I know about the 6.7 was a small batch in the first production run of the motor had problems with one of the cylinder heads and would drop a valve. But being that you're looking at a 2012, I don't think you'll have that issue.

Some 2011-2013 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L diesel engine may exhibit a runs rough/misfire condition only during the exhaust regeneration process. This condition typically occurs on light throttle tip in between 64-113 Km/h (40-70 MPH), and will not set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). The concern may be intermittent and a knocking noise may be present during the concern.
ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
Step 1- Did the customer indicate the message center displayed a Cleaning Exhaust Filter message prior to the concern?
Yes - proceed to Step 2.
No - this article does not apply. Refer to the Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) manual for normal diagnosis.
Step 2- Using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) or equivalent, retrieve DTCs from the Powertrain Control Module. Are DTC's present?
Yes - this article does not apply. Refer to the PC/ED manual for normal diagnosis.
No - proceed to Step 3.
Step 3- Remove the left hand cylinder head. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-01.
Replace all eight (8) exhaust valves and valve seals.

73,000 miles and $40k. It is crazy how the diesels are holding their values.
We have a 2000 Ford F350 with the 7.3L PSD, it is a crew cab, 4x4 with 125,000 miles on it and is in great shape for being 14 years old.
I had a dealer offer me $12,500 for it a month ago. So that should tell you what he would have put it on his lot for. I'm guessing he would have started at $16,000 or so at minimum....for a 14 year old truck.
A dealer near me has the identical truck to yours with similar miles on his lot for $25,000. He's crazy.
