When I read the title I thought to myself "Is this on a Ram"?
Does the truck's right turn signal work or not? For some weird reason Dodge/Ram put a TIPM ( Totally Integrated Power Module ) in their trucks. It acts like a fuse but is not. Neither is it a circuit breaker. If this is the problem, the dealer will have to reset the TIPM. This can only be done a couple of times before the TIPM will have to be replaced...$750 is what I've heard.
