The way I read it, it needs more then just running it all the time, after rereading I'm getting the idea its not enough, and cycling the ignition will help, I don't think he is saying not to run it all the time .
Granted there are some knowledgeable people over there, but probably no more then the guys at City Diesel. I wish I would have had the opportunity to use their actuator.
