I can post picture, but not sure how to do it....damage not from another vehicle from where panel failure is located. I have found from others that the weight overhang is enough during a bump to cause failure, due to limited supports on back edge of truck bed. Plywood can help, repair was to use come a long and spread fenders, and ply the panel softly back in shape. Looks like new, but IAW repair shop now weaker...
