I had a fiver about 10 years ago and they bend over backwards to make sure everything was just perfect. I worked with Matt and he was a great person. Now that Ron Nash is no longer involved due to health reasons maybe things have changed. I no longer have any contact with them.
I think making sure everything is in writing is a great idea. 10 years ago they were still a old fashion office with no internet skills don't know if this has changed.
The unwritten policy was if it was a factory error they would fox it no mater how old the rig was. This might have changed.
