2014 RAM 2500 fuse problem, and other models?

They are having a problem with a stock 20-A fuse that controls the 7-pin connection. We were getting ready to leave Friday morning when we tested the lights and nothing worked on the TC and cargo trailer we haul. We found the bad fuse and went to Auto Zone, NAPA, Car Quest and O-Reilly's with no luck.
We then went to the dealership and they sold us a replacement fuse that is not the same as the original. The man at the counter even knew what fuse we handed him without us telling him it went to the 7-prong plug because he has seen so many of them.
So they have a new type of fuse available. I would recommend buying one so that you do not get out somewhere and suddenly lose your TC's brake lights and all.
