New V nose models
Was at a dealer today that had a new V-nose trailer of interest to me. Of course they were touting how much better it towed than a conventional trailer of similar length.
I can easily see the wind resistance being lessened, but I wanted to ask anyone on here that has towed one as compared to a comparable sized travel trailer. The weight is still similar, so aerodynamics is the question.
Are they significantly easier to tow?
Does it improve your mileage at all?
Does the improved air flow help with sway or wind from passing vehicles?
FWIW the trailer was a flagstaff V nose, about 30' long.
