If it was totalled by an insurance company because of flood damage it would show up on Carfax and also on the title..I would also run the VIN at a Dodge dealer to be sure the warranty is still good. If it was a total loss the warranty will no longer be valid. If it checks out I wouldn't be afraid to buy it except it's still a Dodge...
