I would think a lease would go back to the dealer. having an auction on the title on a one year old vehicle brings up a lot of questions.
Could be a repo, number of miles is within time for first oil change. I would do a bit more research, X2 to checking the VIN at the local Ram dealer.
I agree with Mtofell1 find a damage expert, and have it checked out.
