$50k still sounds like a bit much; if they drop a few more k off i'd probably consider. Though they are in the business of making money not just making truck owners happy.
I just purchased my 16 used with 1k miles on it. Not sure why it was back on the lot, wouldn't trust their answer if they told me. Saved me $6k off the price I was able to negotiate on a new 16. Added bonus I didn't need to drive around in circles for 1k miles before I could tow. Hooked up and towed four days later.
