I drive cars, pick up at other dealers and dealer trades for a local Dodge dealer. They are always taking newer 1-2 year old cars and trucks to the auction depending on how much room they have on their lot and how long they have had the car/truck on the lot for sale. I personally wouldn't be afraid of it. I also agree with making an offer, I'd start around 46K, you can always go up but you can't go down.
