IIRC the Ford's transmission ratios are slightly different, making the 4.10 Ram and 4.30 Ford very close in overall gear ratio. Even if the trans ratios were the same, not much difference from 4.10 to 4.30. At my work we have an F550 with 4.88 gears and it still only turns around 2200 rpm at 60 mph.
