That is true for the most part. But there are many other components that go into sealing all vehicles. My friend that works for Chrysler constantly needs to go to the factories during the first year of production of a new vehicle to tweak the process. The way the weather stripping, wind lace and other items go on can make the difference between a nice quiet ride or an annoying whistle or rattle.
