uh....same as me....I'm under all those ratings also...guess it means we're under all weight ratings and....to me it's safe...don't know what it means to you...

I am not sure about ford.com but if you build an f150 on ford.ca (Canadian site) it gives you the payload and gvwr of any f150 you build. Very helpful information.

I thought 1659 was pretty reasonable for an "up to 2280 lbs" payload truck.

Guess you're talking 1/2 ton trucks here...better not take too much for granted with 2500's and 3500 SRW and 3500 DRW trucks...."pride goeth before the fall":)
