2015 F150

Stopped by the ford dealer today they had 3 2015 F-150s in stock 2 3.5 ecoboost and a 5.0 all xlt trim. I was suprised the payload of the 3.5's was 1920 lbs. 1920 for a standard payload truck they did not have max trailer tow nor the HD payload package either. This is in the equal now of a 250 diesel truck. The trucks werent loaded but not stripped either. Crew cab 6.5 ft bed. Huge flow thru center consol. Heated seats and I like the new 8 inch lcd screen too. And the large in dash screen with back up cam is nice too. Power slide rear window too. Id love to know the payload on a lariat with the HD payload package.....has anyone seen one of those yet?

    I actually use my power slide rear window all the time in my truck. Gets an awesome breeze flowing thru on those cool nights I love it! And yea the new 150 is the all aluminum.

    "Power slide rear window"... I don't think I've opened the rear window in my F250 in over 5 years - I just opened it when I got it to check it out. I wouldn't pay extra for that option if you can avoid it.

    Is this one of the new aluminum F-150 trucks?

    2650 Payload fully optioned?? wow what was done to the truck other then going to aluminum to gain that much payload?

    Wow danager with 2650 lbs of payload you will be able to tow every bit of that 11500 lbs with plenty of payload left for you and your family. I wonder what the hitch restrictions are....I know my f-150 now it maxed out at 1050 lbs.

    According to the Ford Charts, as this truck is built:
    Payload @ 2,650#
    Towing @ 11,500#

    I haven't seen one with a HD payload package, but I have seen a Lariat, a Platinum and a lifted XLT with katzskin leather seats... They look very impressive.
