Yes it's one dealer but has separate buildings between the Ford shop and the Chrysler, RAM, Jeep shop. It's nothing new!
In addition my mother (now retired) worked at a dealer for ~35 years and in one shop/building they currently sell/service Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Jeep and RAM. Again nothing new!
