We would need to know what kind of jacks it has-- Rieco, Happi, Atwoods, etc. And it usually isn't a 'pairing' button like Bluetooth, it's usually has to have a matching code, which wouldn't have changed.
Most have an emergency mode that uses a hard wired cord attached to the remote, or a separate wired-only remote. Are you able to access the jack controller?
