I have looked and like the Outdoors Rv products so maybe a little biased but a couple things for me jump out. Better size water tank on Outdoors RV is important if you do a lot of bush camping. Easier to fill up and not have to worry once you get in the bush than transport extra jugs. 14" Tires appear a little small on the Lance unless they can be upgraded. The other question to ask is why is the Lance 2000lbs lighter. I know they use Azdel etc. to help but at 2K I am sure there is more on the construction side to explain it.
