I have noted, although the two have generally similar layouts, Lance does use the space a little more efficiantly. I suppose its their cab over camper background that makes them so good in this department.
I crawled under both units and couldnt help to notice that the Bal/Norco frame under the Lance is very interesting as it appears very under whelming compared to coventional framing.
I noticed the ladder in the Lance was much sturdier than the ORV as I stepped up two rungs on the ORV,I quickly reversed my steps as I did not want the ladder to pull right out of the rear wall.
The dinnete seating in the ORV is smaller than the Lance and the Sofa in the ORV when folded out does make for a great sleeping space. The rear back cushions are much thicker than the seat cushions so when folded out you essentially have 1/2 the bed 2" higher than the other.
I am looking at both again this week so maybe more will sway my final desicion.
