Are you saying then that Ford sales would have been even that much more over the competition because it doesn't seem to be hurting much since 2010 seeing they have outsold everyone including the GM twins since then!

...well I know of at least 145 sales they did not get directly as a result of my debacle...you may poo poo that if you like,and as a leading candidate for the Blue Koolaid Distributorship, I expect you will...how many other sales were lost because of fallout from others with the same story are unknown but certainly exist.

Yes, we all know that Ford outsells GM and Ram in the HD marketplace but Ram and GM have made some progress. I know you love the Fords but keep in mind you are only one warranty rejection from not being quite so happy...and to deny that possibility is simply whistling past the graveyard...
