The service quality is wide issue.
Years ago local Ford dealer drop filter clamp inside my turbo during "safety check" they perform without letting me know.
Last month Mercedes dealer hold wife car for 4 days for..... wheel alignment..
With today's car technology exceeding mechanics skills those things are going to happen and I know people who having money -decided to buy 1980's car for simplicity.
I am window-shopping for 2016 dually and so far found that skipping leather, power windows and power seats will shave about $12,000 from sticker price.
But good luck finding a truck that is not loaded.
