I was very happy with Ford service and my last truck. I feel Ram is a much better truck than it was last time I shopped and now we will see how it weathers time and mileage. I have not had a problem with my Ram in the first year but I didn't have one problem with my Ford for the first four plus years, so it's still too early tell. Repair work had been done to my Ford at three different dealerships (due circumstance and not dissatisfaction) and all of them got the job done right the first time, under estimate and under time.
