I've looked at the Colorado / Canyon multiple times. Nice truck, but the seats suck.

There's a test drive article in the newest edition of Trailer Life - they said the same thing about the seats.

The forum for these truck has a huge thread of people complaining about the seats too.

I gave one a test drive and although the mpg's look impressive here, I was not impressed driving it. It was not nearly as responsive as the V6. Granted, it was not really warmed up and diesels definitely perform better at operating temp's.

Maybe Ford will do better with their Ranger.

The trailer was a Lance 2155. 5047lbs as tested. 25'8"L, 10'1"H
16.3 towing. 22.6 combined.

Trailer life did a test on one these with the diesel in their latest edition and they complimented the engine pretty highly. Said they crested all the hills at 55 mph and they were pulling something like 22' trailer. Don't remember the weight of the trailer though.

Well it's got my V6 305 HP beat in mileage by about 7-8 miles per gallon.
Nice little trucks thou if that's all you need. Great behind the MH, great in the garage.
I still don't like the mirrors and the front spoiler is to low for some parking lot curbs. Just put the topper on yesterday, dog is happy.
I really think Ford and Ram are missing the boat in this arena.
OBTW ours cost about $13k less than his price quote. But ours is a pretty plain Jane model but it is 4x4.
