2016 Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear

Happened to me a couple days ago. Happened to a freinds truck. The dealer had the part there to fix another one and used it on mine because we were from out of town. Anyone else ? Seems common. Solenoid pack was the problem.

    Never heard of that before? The 68RFE has been extremely reliable with narry a complaint.
