I’d say either throttle valve, trans re learn, or you just got what most people are wanting with a delete, more power and a trans tune, which is instant throttle response, killer power and crisp shifts. The opposite of factory, for the masses, tuning.
And yes, depending on your gears, 3.42 or 3.73, I wouldn’t even expect to use 6th except for flat roads, no head wind and over 70-75 mph. Remember 5th is now similar to previous models top gear. 6th is even deeper. Not a towing gear under a lot of conditions.
