2016 Ram/ bucking and chucking??

I live in Michigan and the lumber barons did cut down every tree, not to stay warm but to make a buck. The government stepped in and forced them to replant huge areas and then established National Forests to protect those trees and manage them more closely.


I don't see what that has to do with illegal emissions control modifications.
