First I’ve ever heard of a franchised dealer doing deletes. That owner of that place is taking a huge risk. It’s just a matter of time before either FCA and/or EPA learns about that and financially runs that store out of business. EPA would love to show this place up as an example.
On the other hand, if it was my dealership and they would stand 100% behind all warranty repairs, I’d delete in a heartbeat.
